"We cannot recommend Dr. Michael Russo enough. He was incredibly kind, friendly, professional and an expert. He put together an excellent and comprehensive care plan for our baby and spent time with us explaining everything and drawing pictures. As new parents, we were very grateful for the time he spent with us and left the office feeling confident and good about our plan for our baby. The office was also very nice and the team was very kind and helpful. Overall an excellent experience. Very highly recommend"

"If it's time to get a look in there - Go see Dr. Malik. He and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and try to make an "uncomfortable" time go smoothly. He greets you with a smile at the beginning (and end) and I remember nothing of the procedure other than the proof in pictures that it was done. I waited until I was 65 and in pain, however, there was no need to put it off because the hardest part of the whole deal was drinking the prep solution the day before."
"It was my first time meeting Dr. Eidem and he made me feel like I was hanging out with one of my Harley buds. Most importantly he reassured me that I need to go through with the colonoscopy. Hopefully that'll go perfectly and then I can make this review 5 stars"
"Full disclosure: I knew Dr. Ho’s parents before meeting Dr. Kevin as one of his patients at St. David's Hospital in Austin, Texas. My wife’s has been a registered nurse at the same hospital for two decades. When I needed to do a colonoscopy there, my wife chose Dr. Ho for me based on his thoroughness and how he related to patients and colleagues alike. He is beloved here in Austin. He treats everyone with utter respect and dignity in his calm demeanor. He is a humble and quiet man! No one is perfect; however, Dr. Ho is one of the most caring and hard-working, and brilliant people you can meet. Some of the negative reviewers misconstrued his calm demeanor as not being caring. My wife and I have 100% trust in Dr. Ho as a specialist in his field. Dr. Ho was an engineer like his accomplished father before graduating from medical school. He comes from a family of first-generation immigrants who have contributed immensely to the advancement of America in aerospace and nuclear technologies. It's truly unbecoming for anyone to question the work ethic of an accomplished physician like Dr. Ho. Dr. Ho graduated from some of the premier universities (Cornell, Harvard, Indiana) in America. How dare these negative reviewers question his professionalism and blame Dr. Ho for the presumed bad behavior of the front office staff. It's heartbreaking to read how the sterling image of a good man is being tarnished online by disgruntled reviewers. I hope Dr. Ho will return to Austin, Texas, where he is beloved. Healthcare professionals and educators and law enforcement officers are human beings like the rest of us. They deserve our respect and support too."

"I’m a new patient with Dr. Mantas. My previous GI doc retired. Did my research on-line and came across Dr. Mantas’ practice, profile and reviews. Everything I read and researched seemed to check all the boxes I was looking for; experience, education, tenure and good reviews with current and past patients. When we met for our initial visit everything I read & researched was confirmed. He was very nice, attentive, took time to listen to my issues and why I was there. After hearing me out he went on to explain potentially causes and go over a potential plan for care. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Mantas and would highly recommend him if your looking for a great doctor that’s professional, cares, listens and is not just trying to get you in and out the door and treat you like another number."

"Everything about my experience here was top notch, except for some scheduling confusion that caused me to have missed my appointment time. No worries -- the team scrambled and made sure I was taken care of, even though it lengthened their day. Everyone had great attitudes. The facility was clean; it felt new. The doctor was kind, the nurse anesthetist was competent and friendly. I woke up fast and was ready to go home very quickly. I would give five stars except for the fact that they screwed up my appointment time and caused unnecessary delays and stress. Also, I preferred using Miralax in Gatorade for my prep to the prep they ordered this time. Tasted better, worked faster and didn't affect me for as long as this one did."
"Dr. Eidem has been my GI doctor for many years. Pretty office, good parking, kind and efficient staff. Dr. Eidem wants the best for me and he is smart and intuitive. His computer system lets us know exactly what meds are covered on my insurance and the best place to have my procedure. Great experience."

"Dr. Ho is a rare find. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, patient and extremely prepared for any appointment. He presents options citing updated statistics with thoughtfulness towards the patient. I am the type of patient who goes into the doctor's office having done my research and listed out a dozen or more questions. Dr. Ho has no qualms to answer each and every question with care and empathy, and he provides a sense of calm and reassurance from his deep knowledge and experience. Best doctor ever. "Dr.Sai…..I can not say enough about him and his staff . I was referred to him for abd pain and vomiting. I had 3 normal CT’s , was not able to keep food down, had 2 ER visits and sent home not any better. Dr. Sai ordered tests to get to the bottom of her issue. I had to travel and ended up be admitted for sepsis at an out of state hosp. We were so frustrated with the care there my mom reached out to Dr.Sai. Not only did he personally call my mom day 1 but also day 2 and took the time to listen and go through expected scan results if positive and what to ask. He was willing to do anything he could to help even from Tx. I was able to get home and he saw me same day, repeated a test , and he called the surg then me . I was in surg by mid morning. The level of knowledge and compassion he has is unmatched. He is a God Send! I am home,eating and doing great . Thank Dr. Say for taking care of me. We will forever be grateful to you"

"Dr. Jantz is the first gastroenterologist who has listened to me and treated me like an intelligent human being I’ve ever seen. The doctor takes time to listen to me and I’ve never felt unhappy or that we haven’t covered everything on my list and her’s when the appointment is finished. Most importantly, by following her instructions; my Barrettes is totally gone and the pre-cancer polyps in my colon from 5 years ago are gone, as well. Can’t ask for more than that from your gastroenterologist. She’s a blessing!"
"G.I.Alliance, I was formerly a patient of Dr David Bass who retired. I got an appointment with Dr. Vinay Antin he was very kind and wanted to do a followup on suspected liver fibrosis as Dr. Bass believed that I had. Dr. Vinay ordered blood work, and said they would call me back in if there's anything that would indicate the need. It's been a week and no calls so I'm good according to my blood work that I got the day after my appointment."

"I was referred to Dr. Magee after a CT showed my gallbladder has problems. The referring doctor said that “they may want to take out your gallbladder”, so I assumed that Dr. Magee would do that if needed. At the beginning of my appointment, I learned that Dr. Magee isn’t a surgeon. He was personable and helpful, answering my questions about my condition, and he referred me to his colleague, a GI surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Magee without reservation for patients with GI issues."

"On my last visit to see Dr Youseff he ordered Relister for me. I haven’t gotten it filled yet. It requires a preauthorization and when I called the office to find out what was taking so long I was told that they would get to it when they got to it. I’m still constipated but I will deal with it myself since his office can’t be bothered"

"I never felt rushed, and they answered all my questions before, during, and after my colonoscopy. Every staff member was kind and made me feel comfortable. All the fears I had beforehand never came to pass, and I left feeling relieved and well taken care of."
"Let me start at the beginning… BEFORE we found Dr Sai??? my son began getting sick in high school. We went to several “ childrens specialists” who just “ assumed “ it was stress because he was in honors classes and college classes , they ignored his symptoms , ignored some bloodwork issues ( told him just to take vitamin D, since he was so depleted) ignored me, said he looked healthy enough, and he just needed counseling. They just dismissed us. seriously?? Who does that to a teenager?? So i watched my son deteriorate QUICKLY physically & emotionally in ways i never couldn't of imagined. This dismissal literally changed the trajectory of my son’s life at that point. At least 3 years since the start of the new gut issues, associated issues infections , and the loss of 30 pds? we met Dr Sai. My teen son had lost hope at this point , his hard earned college was out the window because he was constantly sick when he tried to eat and he didn't trust physicians to help him anymore so i had to beg him to go see Dr Sai. Dr Sai’s gentle demeanor, his compassionate attention when listening to my son, and his promise to find the cause was what my son needed to hear. He gave my son hope again that that he hadnt been imagining these symptoms OR making himself sick these past years. Dr Sai immediately ran bloodwork and started tests. Our only hold up with him was my sons insurance taking so long to approve each test. unfortunately? Insurance can be the pitts these days but you cant blame the doc when they are taking too long to approve a test. You have to call and bug them like we did. And , granted, sometimes you need to follow up with office staff. BUT they are busy so give them a break and just call , or text again. The best docs are the busy ones so just work with them , be nice to the staff, and they will help you. They are ALL extremely nice there! AND Dr Sai was always on our side and he even called my sons mobile phone at home one afternoon to check on him. What doc does that anymore? i dont know another one. AND when insurance finally agreed to a Hida scan after a few other required tests were done by Dr Sai first ? The results showed a completely shut down gallbladder that it wasn't working AT ALL . When Dr Sai got the results ? He immediately called me on my mobile , called a surgeon and then sent us to the ER hospital to meet the surgeon for surgery. YES IT WAS CRITICAL BY THAT POINT!! The surgeon was “ shocked was his words” at the amount of scar tissue in such a young mans gallbladder. Thats what happens when your other docs ignore the symptoms for years!! And this wasnt a young gallbladder surgeon so he’d seen lots of gallbladders. Thank God for Dr Sai and him taking the time to listen to us on our very first visit I dont want to even think about what could’ve happened before we got to that point, or if we hadn't found Dr Sai when we did. Now my son will , NOT ONLY be able to live his life , but he has hope for his own future college again. AND I’m not exaggerating about this!!!!! After being dismissed by previous specialists affecting his hard earned college plans? My son had truly given up hope for his future at one point. It been a long and painful road for him in more ways than one. Dr Sai was a life saver for my son in more ways than just one. This is definitely Dr Sai’s calling in life and he is truly a man of God. The Lord is definitely using him and I will be forever grateful to Dr Sai. And…. I not only referred my OWN primary care physician to Dr Sai , but i also just gave his number to another good friend today so that say lots!"

In 2015, I searched for the best MD after the death of a dear friend that passed at the age of 43 due to colon cancer. While many traditional doctors may lump you into a "trash can" diagnosis of IBS or worse yet, even gaslight you about your symptoms, Dr. Brown not only knows about these conditions but he has treated numerous patients with this diagnosis, consults regularly with other nationally-recognized experts on the matter, has participated in trials and even created his own herbal supplement to combat the issue. She is very quirky but again professional. She listens and has already made me feel better then I have in 5 years. Even if my end goal is not reached I will know it’s not because of lack of skill or kindness. Good doctors are hard to come by and they are worth the chance. I give them both 5 stars."
