"Over the years, I have had experience with several gastroenterologists. I just moved to the Frisco Texas area recently and needed to find a new doctor. How lucky am I! I found Dr. Sai. My initial appointment was to meet and also discuss issues I was having. Dr. Sai immediately made me feel comfortable. He was concerned and seemed like a friend. The issues I had were very uncomfortable and painful. Unlike other doctors in the past, I did not have to wait for a response. Dr. Sai called me personally several times to check on my condition. As things got worse, he became even more involved to expedite procedures to help me. After these procedures, he quickly had a plan of attack. Up to and after the procedures he did not come across as just a doctor, but actually as a family member—someone truly concerned about my well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Sai to anyone for a top notch gastroenterologist. He’s not only that but somebody who cares."

"Dr. Sai is one of the specialist Gastroenterologists who is extremely meticulous, knowledgeable, provides excellent diagnosis and is very caring about his patients. Before visiting him I was nervous about my IBD symptoms but Dr. Sai not only elaborated the issue in detail but also helped me understand how I could keep the disease in check and prevent from flaring up. "There are no words to say how I feel about this doctor! I was operated on at another location in the hospital and was told to follow up with the doctor that did the operation in 2 weeks, when I got out, I tried to follow up and was told that he did not take my insurance! I first met Dr. Sai at a very low point in my life. My mother, having been recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, was very ill and in constant need of blood transfusions. I flew down to Texas to provide caregiving services. Dr. Sai was able to diagnose her with a rare disorder and treat her accordingly. I was so impressed that I set up an appointment with him. As with my mother, he was extremely contentious and caring. As I was coming out of my anesthesia, I said "I love you Dr. Sai!". My mother (who is alive and doing quite well by the way) laughed and said I didn't know what I was saying. But, I did! Dr. Sai is great!"

"I met Dr Sai while under duress and needing an emergency procedure in the hospital. I'd had the same emergency before and I get very nervous around doctors. He took care of my issue and made me feel at ease, which isn't easy. He's caring, thorough, and takes his time with a patient, which is worth waiting for in my opinion.
