"We've been going here for years and they are great but I don't understand why they can't give me my results over the phone when there was nothing found. I shouldn't have to pay my $60 copay for them to say everything is good. Also, if you want to get in sooner, you cannot change to another doctor within the same company. Dr Bass is retiring this month so we were assigned another doctor. I sure hope we like him or else too bad according to a front desk person when I tried to get a sooner appointment with another doctor. Not allowed!"
