"As soon as Dr Sarles walked into the examination room and introduced himself, I felt my anxieties starting to melt. Dr Sarles explained what my body was lacking, and the steps to find out why, so the correct path can be taken to treat me. His explanations we simple, clear, and concise. I needed an Upper GI Endoscopy or EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy). HAHAHAHA, donāt fret I couldnāt pronounce it either. He took time to listen and answered all questions I had. His staff is super sweet, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Especially Jennifer, she followed up and took a very good care of me. Excellent service! I would highly recommend this office. I am extremely thankful that I was referred to Dr Sarles."

The nurse discussed my medicines, allergies and symptoms thoroughly. Dr. Sales is a caring doctor. He took time to go over my symptoms and a plan to help me feel better. "Going to the gastro guy is not my idea of fun but Dr. Sarles has a calmness and pleasant demeanor that really cuts down on my stress. He remembers me, even after not seeing me for a few years. Even though we have not discovered my diagnosis YET (I have only seen Dr. Sarles twice), he is very upfront about the possibilities of various causes and also the different tests that it may take for us to discover what's been causing me so much trouble. "Dr. Harry Sarles, Dr. Chris Romine, and staff are the best gastroenterologist around. They treat you with ease & passion. Iāve had Ulcerative Colitis for years, and thought I was going to die, but Sarles & Chris got me on the right medication. I couldnāt eat, leave the house, staying sick, hurt extremely bad, and in the bathroom every hour of the day. Now Iām able to do much of whatever I want with no issues at this time. To me they are my Angels š wether they know it, or not. I canāt thank them enough for saving me from a horrible life i was living! He has real questions rather than just expecting a repeat of what has already been explained. His office staff and nurses are kind and keep patients well informed. Also, I love the sign-in kiosk. What a idea for patients! It is so much easier to just verify information and select yes or no rather then refilling pages and pages of paperwork that was also filled out at all other visits.
