Through them I was able to qualify for a no-placebo clinical trial program which saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars on what would have been very expensive medication even with insurance. The DHAT team then took it a huge step further and negotiated with my insurance, infusion clinic, and doctor to make sure I paid absolutely no money out of pocket even when I had to transition to new insurance with a new job.
