"I’m a new patient with Dr. Mantas. My previous GI doc retired. Did my research on-line and came across Dr. Mantas’ practice, profile and reviews. Everything I read and researched seemed to check all the boxes I was looking for; experience, education, tenure and good reviews with current and past patients. When we met for our initial visit everything I read & researched was confirmed. He was very nice, attentive, took time to listen to my issues and why I was there. After hearing me out he went on to explain potentially causes and go over a potential plan for care. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Mantas and would highly recommend him if your looking for a great doctor that’s professional, cares, listens and is not just trying to get you in and out the door and treat you like another number."
"Everything about my experience here was top notch, except for some scheduling confusion that caused me to have missed my appointment time. No worries -- the team scrambled and made sure I was taken care of, even though it lengthened their day. Everyone had great attitudes. The facility was clean; it felt new. The doctor was kind, the nurse anesthetist was competent and friendly. I woke up fast and was ready to go home very quickly. I would give five stars except for the fact that they screwed up my appointment time and caused unnecessary delays and stress. Also, I preferred using Miralax in Gatorade for my prep to the prep they ordered this time. Tasted better, worked faster and didn't affect me for as long as this one did."

"I had a great experience at the DHAT facility with Dr Mantas and team. The process was smooth, well run and on time. Everyone on the medical team was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable with what was happening at each step. I really like that their facility is so centrally located in north Dallas, hiding under the old ToysRUs at Walnut Hill and Central. From the exterior, you would never guess how expansive and professional the facility is on the inside - but it is top notch. I can't say I'm looking forward to going back because who enjoys a colonoscopy? But I would certainly recommend this practice if you need one."

He was the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I had seen and made me feel I was finally in good hands…and would find relief! He answered all of my questions with thoughtful insight.
