"Best GASTRO doctor in Texas & He saved my life! exploded appendix doc got me hospital then made sure I got surgery. They could not get tube down my nose to drain infection even during surgery. My belly filled with abscess fluids and great danger of dying. He came see me late night saw me throwing up poop then called together emergency team took me back to OR and got tube down nose to drain fluids. Finally I was better! If he didn't step in and make sure nose drain working I could have died! HE came see me each morning and each night. So KIND and caring. He is an expert at what he does and been my doctor for 15 years. He is simply one of the BEST DOCTORS I have ever seen. Highly recommend to anybody. Please go and let Dr Joseph do your colonoscopy! "I would never write a review in the way this has been written. The nurses and receptionist are a little hard to deal with. I had to get their attention to wait on me. The office does not open until 8:30. If I try to call them, only the automated service answers and not a real person. How is it that when I call, that NOBODY is available to talk to? This does not make any sense at all. How is it possible that when I call right at 8:30 I can’t talk to anyone? I hate automated calls and being placed on hold. I think that they should be ready to answer phone calls at 8:30. When I went upstairs for my appointment, nobody was answering any phone calls and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Two people came in after I did and they were taken back before I did. Were they late for their appointment? The nurse and the receptionist still had not taken a phone call and I still had to get their attention. I feel that the nurse and the receptionist were not being truthful about being busy with phone calls. The person responsible for scheduling me another endoscopy told me that the endoscopy would be on a specific date and time. When I got home and looked at the paperwork? The date and time had changed and the person did not mention the change to me. That is not right for her to not let me know. My appointment with the PS went wonderful."

"I had an appointment with Natalie Owen, and I am very satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of comfort, starting with the front desk greeting. The Medical assistant, Savannah, was lovely and calm while taking my blood pressure and history. PA Natalie Owen is different from many of the practitioners I have seen over the years, especially at the V.A. Medical Center. Her attitude and manner was genuine, kind, and caring. When we discussed my plan of care, she carefully took the time to make sure I understood/comprehended what she was saying to me. Finding a doctor / PA who is caring, sensitive, and passionate about what they do is challenging. I’m so grateful. Thank You."

"I saw Dr Maddala today for a routine colonoscopy. This was my first time visiting her practice and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The person at the front desk (I forgot her name) was very friendly and efficient. Karen, the nurse who accompanied me through all the preparation was personable, professional and proficient. Her demeanor would put anyone at ease. Amber the anesthesiologist was the best ever and I’ve had many (over 15). Besides being excellent at her job, she was funny and I enjoyed joking around with her. Even though I only talked to her for a few minutes, Dr. Maddala was great too. I highly recommend this facility for any digestive health needs."

"I recently went to Dr. Mantas for a colonoscopy. It went extremely smooth. I was able to schedule it with ease and within a very reasonable time frame. "Dr. Keith has seen two of my children, 1 for GI related issues and the other for feeding/weight gain issues. Dr. Keith takes his time listening to all our concerns and never rushes us out. He talks to our children and explains the importance of their GI health in a way they can easily understand. He provides us with a variety of options to assist in getting them the help they need and has been absolutely wonderful. Although he is based out of Plano, he visits us up north in Sherman, Tx so we don't have the long commute. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric GI doctor."
"Dr. Akerman has worked closely with me on a number of procedures to determine the cause of my ongoing symptoms. He has been detailed and quick to move forward as we obtained new info. Dr. Akerman was able to determine I had a malignant tumor of my Liver and immediately referred me to the appropriate Care Team to address this serious matter. Thanks to Dr. Akerman we caught this problem in its early stage and I now have an abundance of optimism that I can be cured. Dr. Akerman has truly provided life-changing healthcare for me and I am clearly blessed to have him as my Doctor."

"I was suffering with acid reflux along with the pain, was not able to eat food that i want to and lost 5kgs in a span of 1 and half months. When i visited Dr.Sai i explained him my symptoms he listened to my symptoms very paitently and suspected that it was a gallbladder issue and did HIDA scan to confirm it and after gallbladder removal now i am feeling better and was able to eat food that i like. "I have been seeing Lindsey Kessel for over a year now, and I can truly say that it has been the best year in over 15 years since I was diagnosed with gastroparesis caused by 40 years with type 1 diabetes. I have suffered with so many symptoms, especially intense nausea, that were debilitating. She has given me my life back since Dr. Kethu did an upper g.i. and colonoscopy to rule out the big bad illnesses and now we have worked together to help me live again and battling the sources of this nausea I have had, day in and day out. Now, I can take meds and almost be normal. There are no words that can genuinely convey my gratitude to them both, but especially Ms. K. From the front staff to the docs, to the n.p.s/nurses this place is phenomenal."

"Had an outpatient procedure done at Texas Health Surgery Center, Rockwall. The facility is pretty new, clean, and feels very welcoming. The staff are nice & friendly. I only met Dr. P. Paradiso very briefly and we exchanged some pleasantries. He’s nice & professional. After the procedure, a staff woke me up in the recovery area and I was promptly discharged with a packet of the procedure result to take home. My only suggestion is that once a patient comes out of anesthesia, it would be nice that the attending physician comes by the recovering room to say a few words, regardless if the result is good news, before discharged."
