"I have been driving 3 hours to see DR. Eidem and his staff for the last 6 years. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and care. If you need an endoscopy or colonoscopy, they make the procedures so fast and easy and keep you at ease. They started doing phone visits for me when I didn't need to be seen in person for an appointment which also helps a lot, but they are worth the drive when I need to go there in person."

"I originally went to Dr. Kenneth Brown in 2018 and had outstanding service and wonderful results. When it was time for another Colonoscopy, I chose to go to Dr Brown again based on his Outstanding recommendation in D Magazine as being one of the very best in his field. and I have always appreciated his award-winning videos which explain the Colonoscopy process. Dr. Brown is fair, friendly, very encouraging to communicate with, committed to Diversity and the staff is simply the best. I was really honored when Dr Brown even walked me to my car and met my driver for that day. Thank you, Dr, Kenneth Brown, you are a true blessing to your clients in every way. "Dr. Mark Miller and his staff is a first class medical team. This was my first time having a colonoscopy. Dr. Miller was able to calm my fears. He met with me before the procedure and told me what to expect. My job was to take the solution, show up on time, sleep, wake up and get your results. No healing is needed. This is PM (Preventive Maintenance) for your body! Don't be someone that schedule oil changes for their car and won't make sure all is well inside your body. When it's time for you to get this procedure, do it! It's nothing like knowing what is going on inside of you. I highly... recommend Dr. Mark Miller."

"Things went like clock work. He was very clear in instructions in the OR. Seemed very personable. Had not met him prior in office since he had taken my previous doctor's practice over. Office communication in prior weeks to proceedure was always there, clear and helpful. All went well. They put me out, did not feel a thing and that's always a good thing. Always get fully put out for colonoscopy, DO NOT agree to twilight anesthesia. My first colonoscopy in 2001, I did, didnt no better. You will feel every turn of the scope with twilight, trust me, not a good experience. This one was with Dr Paradiso."

"I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mantas, and I must say, he is a fantastic doctor. It's incredibly rare to find someone who can handle both upper GI and lower GI issues, but Dr. Mantas is an expert at both. Since I needed help with both, it was amazing to have a doctor who could take care of all my gastrointestinal needs. Beyond his dual expert ability, Dr. Mantas has a fabulous bedside manner and is truly patient-focused. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their concerns. During my appointment, I never felt rushed. I could share all my issues, and Dr. Mantas listened intently and thoughtfully. He makes sure he thoroughly understands your situation, so you feel heard and valued. On top of that, Dr. Mantas is just a genuinely kind and nice person. I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor who not only provides excellent medical care but also offers a supportive and understanding environment. "I highly recommend Dr. Brown, especially if you suffer from SIBO / IMO. While many traditional doctors may lump you into a "trash can" diagnosis of IBS or worse yet, even gaslight you about your symptoms, Dr. Brown not only knows about these conditions but he has treated numerous patients with this diagnosis, consults regularly with other nationally-recognized experts on the matter, has participated in trials and even created his own herbal supplement to combat the issue. While his visits may seem short, I was surprised at how well he had examined and analyzed my test results and the feedback he provided. With regard to colonoscopy / endoscopy appts, he and his staff are quite personable and were ahead of schedule. To be honest, I do not care for most physicians but the dedication and openness to listening and learning from patients makes Dr. Brown quite different from most."

"I had a great experience getting my Colonoscopy. My only complaint was I was rushed out after the procedure. I was still groggy from the drugs when I woke up, with my vision a little blurry, when they walked me out. Everything was fine after a while, but I felt rushed to leave. I have had 4 Colonoscopies over the years at this facility, with no issues. I am going to chalk this up to a one time oversight."

"The nurses or receptionists are extremely hard to deal with. The office does not open until 8:30. If I try to call them, only the automated service answers and not a real person. How is it that when I call, that I NOBODY is available to talk to? This does not make any sense at all. I truly believe that they don’t want to talk to patients! When I went upstairs for my appointment, nobody was answering any phone calls. When I was filling out paperwork, nobody was still not answering any calls. So the nurses and the receptionists were lying about they were busy taking calls. I should not be placed on hold for any reason!! I should not have to listen to a stupid automated call for thirty minutes or longer. It makes me wonder just what type of care that I will receive from this office when I am treated this way. They are being paid to do a job, and they are not doing it. If they don’t like their job, they need to leave or get fired."

I was tikd her assustsnt would call me to schedule my procedure, but when I hadn't received a call a week later I called the office and left a message which turned into three calls. I was told i would receive a call when Dr Shah’s assistant got to May appointments, which was an additional week or two later. It would have saved me and the offuce time if they had just said to not expect a call for 2-3 weeks. Even better would be to schedule the procedure the same day the procedure was ordered."

"Dr. Badr and his team are the absolute best! I work for a surgeon of another specialty, and we refer heavily to Dr. Badr because he is kind, thorough, thoughtful, and collaborative with the patient. He is very knowledgeable in all things related to the digestive system and a skilled technician. I had my colonoscopy and EGD (upper GI) early this week, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Everything was completely as they'd said it would be, on time, etc. My boss, my husband, and three of my coworkers are also his patients, and we all agree... he's a great doc! I read another person's review about Dr. Badr's office no longer accepting his insurance. With my 35 years of managing a surgical practice, I can say his anger is completely misdirected. Insurance companies change (usually lower) the reimbursement rates they will pay providers annually typically. Costs for everything (labor, health insurance for employees, rent, utilities, medical supplies, etc.) have skyrocketed for physicians just like they have for everyone else. When insurance companies continually lower their reimbursements while costs are rising, it becomes impossible for a physicians to cover their own expenses. Additionally, a patient's insurance policy is a contract between the patient (technically the patient's employer in many cases), and it is incumbent on the PATIENT to be aware of changes their carrier makes. It should be a lesson to everyone: don't count on your providers to educate you on YOUR plan. Stay updated on the changes. It is YOUR responsibility as a patient and consumer. Blaming Dr. Badr's office for resigning from an insurance plan is absurd. He's the best, and you won't find better!"
