"Dr. Sai and his staff Nurse Stephanie and Nurse Kim were awesome. Before arriving I read some bad reviews about Methodist Craig Ranch Surgery Center, but after the procedure I have to say this was the best experience I've had in a hospital. I would refer my family to visit this facility anytime. Nurse Stepanie was very funny but professional and Nurse Kim was very caring and professional. Thanks to them on making my visit very welcoming."

"We started seeing Dr Keith about a year ago, because my son refused to potty train and was scared to go #2 in his diaper or on the potty. A year later and here we are, my son is potty trained and no longer scared to have bowel movements!!! It's been a long year, but we couldn't have done it without the help of Dr. Keith and his staff!"

His office manager, Jenny, has got to be one of the best people ever. She ensured that I was able to complete what I needed to do; in fact, she called twice to ensure that everything was done correctly on my end. Kudos to Jenny! Thank you Dr. Do."

"Being a first time mom isn’t the easiest but when you include a baby with stomach issues the stress is through the roof. Dr. Annette Whitney listened to all my concerns and addressed them while providing me resources as well. She was knowledgeable and showed compassion. Her team was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our visit run smoothly. And the follow up is immaculate. Choosing a doctor for your little one is not easy but I’m happy with Dr. Whitney and staff."

"Dr. Nadir has a very well run office and surgical center. Both my husband and I each had to have endoscopies. In both cases, they handled us incredibly well getting through the procedure and getting back in to be seen and review the results. His physicians assistant Brittany is excellent as well. my hat’s off to the entire staff."

I was seen quickly which was so different than my experiences at other doctors’ appointments where I generally have to wait well past my appointment time. I needed blood work and it was done in the office rather than having to go to a separate facility. I would highly recommend Dr. Mantas!!"
"I’ll admit that I put off this procedure due to the old reason that most will say “I feel fine so why do it?”. The more I thought about it, getting the screening done was the smart thing to do. I have a family with young kiddos so if a health screening could be done to catch anything early then I needed to do it for all of us. If your doctor recommends a colonoscopy or you’re 45 and up don’t delay. It’s an easy screening that will help you long term. As I began my search for a doctor I knew right away that Dr. Duraiswamy was the doctor for me. Her video online introducing herself and talking about her experience as a doctor taking care of patients was truly genuine and caring. When I met her she was even more caring than in the video. Her staff really helped set the tone for the office visit as well. Wish I could name them all but from the front desk, to the nurses and the anesthesiologists I was treated like I was their #1 priority. They all took the time to double check if i needed anything and ask how I felt. They were very efficient, hard working, thoughtful and worked so well as a team. Thank you staff! The procedure itself was done in no time. I was very comfortable and had the best nap ever! I was up in no time, ate my favorite meal soon after and rested comfortably for the rest of the day. Preparing for the test was the only tough part but the better you follow the instructions, the better screening the doctor will be able to do. Just go in with that mind set and try your best. You can do it! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Duraiswamy and her team for your screening."

"Dr. Chan is one of the best Doctors anyone in my family has ever used. My son started seeing her at about a month old. She helped find an issue that saved his life. Now 8 years later we needed her help again and she was there. He had to go to the hospital for surgery and she was there every day, even when she worked across town. He level of dedication and the amount she truly cares for her patience is incredibly. We are very blessed to have her in our lives."

"I had been dealing with some health issues, and after my labs came back abnormal, my primary care doctor told me it would be hard to get an appointment with a GI specialist, with most being booked out until February or March 2025. However, I called and spoke to Helena, who was an absolute lifesaver. After just a short conversation, she worked hard to get me seen the same day! She was patient, kind, and made sure I had all the information I needed. Everyone at the office, including Dr. O, was wonderful and accommodating. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to have an outpatient procedure just a few days later. I truly believe the Lord answered my prayers through these amazing people. If I could give more than five stars, I would!"

"Got in promptly to see Dr. Beckman. She has a very pleasant manner and makes you feel very comfortable about going into the proceedure. The reason for my 4 star was the fact l have to drive to west Frisco Baylor hospital when there is a closer facility at the Baylor hospital right there next to her office building. I was told where to go for the proceedure, but no one told me where to go or who to contact when l arrive at the hospital. Had to call back to find out this information. If this had been done l would have given a 5 star."

My GI doctor retired in Feb 2024, but mailing reminders still show his name, as well as his name being on the door to the office. The text message reminders show nothing related to a specific clinic, much less doctor, leaving recipients to wonder who the text is from, and where to go. I would give management office a D- rating."

"Dr Sai was referred to me by my family practice doctor for the usual stuff 40 somethings go through. As soon as I met Dr. Sai I could tell he was different than most doctors... in that he wasn't trying to rush you though and actually cared! What was really shocking is that Dr. Sai personally called me before my procedure as well as for the follow up. Not a member of his staff, but him personally even on a weekend! I was blown away by the amount of time he dedicated to me, one patient going through something relatively routine. I highly recommend this doctor and his high standard of patient care."

His doctor - patients professional relationship is top notch. The administrative staff are also the best. They quickly called me to reschedule my appointment closer when another patient cancelled a previous appointment. "Mark Miller is a very thorough doctor, he sets down and talks to you and ask if there are any questions. The only problem is you have to wait 6 months to see him."

"I would never write a review in the way this has been written. The nurses and receptionist are a little hard to deal with. I had to get their attention to wait on me. The office does not open until 8:30. If I try to call them, only the automated service answers and not a real person. How is it that when I call, that NOBODY is available to talk to? This does not make any sense at all. How is it possible that when I call right at 8:30 I can’t talk to anyone? I hate automated calls and being placed on hold. I think that they should be ready to answer phone calls at 8:30. When I went upstairs for my appointment, nobody was answering any phone calls and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Two people came in after I did and they were taken back before I did. Were they late for their appointment? The nurse and the receptionist still had not taken a phone call and I still had to get their attention. I feel that the nurse and the receptionist were not being truthful about being busy with phone calls. The person responsible for scheduling me another endoscopy told me that the endoscopy would be on a specific date and time. When I got home and looked at the paperwork? The date and time had changed and the person did not mention the change to me. That is not right for her to not let me know. My appointment with the PS went wonderful."
