"She was the first GI doctor for my sister when we moved from Nepal to USA. My sister had a severe Crohn's Disease. She took care of my sister from the very beginning. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I am still taking my sister to her and yes she has treated the Crohn's disease and now my sister is in very good condition. Office staffs are also very nice, I mostly communicate with Margret Rivera. She replies to my mail very quickly and also gives the feedback from the test results very quick. Very much recommended!!"

"I went to this office today for the first time. Honestly, from the front desk to the back office, I experienced a friendly welcome and a great attitude. "Dr.Whitney is all the things you want in a doctor--easy to schedule without a long wait, short wait time in office, good listener, kind, smart and articulate. She quickly diagnosed the issue and explained treatment. We were in and out within 30 minutes of arriving but did not feel rushed. Her prices are reasonable (we are cash pay) especially for a specialist. Her front desk staff were friendly. Bonus--the patient room overlooks a football practice field and it's a cool view (Plano office). I would definitely recommend her and see her again if needed."

"Dr. Kumaravel is wonderful. For a number of years, I was seen by a doctor who recently retired from this group. I knew the quality of the staff and was staying with TDDC. My colon surgeon, Dr. Jason Allen helped me select another doctor. After seeing Dr. K I saw what a wonderful fit she is for me. Doctors have told me I am medically complex, so I need a doc who can think outside the box and that is what Dr. K is. I am confident I am in great hands. She will focus on digestive while also considering the many health challenges I deal with. Support staff is crucial to any practice and I have experienced excellent work from the front office as well as the the same high quality from Medical Assistants and nurses."

This time I used over the counter products and was finished as the staff had indicated. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. Like the anesthesiologist said - night night. I appreciated that while my recent symptoms didn’t REQUIRE a medical procedure (I had enough going on that I could have a procedure now or wait and see a while longer if symptoms resolved), they allowed me to make the ultimate decision on whether or not to proceed. "I’ll admit that I put off this procedure due to the old reason that most will say “I feel fine so why do it?”. The more I thought about it, getting the screening done was the smart thing to do. I have a family with young kiddos so if a health screening could be done to catch anything early then I needed to do it for all of us. If your doctor recommends a colonoscopy or you’re 45 and up don’t delay. It’s an easy screening that will help you long term. As I began my search for a doctor I knew right away that Dr. Duraiswamy was the doctor for me. Her video online introducing herself and talking about her experience as a doctor taking care of patients was truly genuine and caring. When I met her she was even more caring than in the video. Her staff really helped set the tone for the office visit as well. Wish I could name them all but from the front desk, to the nurses and the anesthesiologists I was treated like I was their #1 priority. They all took the time to double check if i needed anything and ask how I felt. They were very efficient, hard working, thoughtful and worked so well as a team. Thank you staff! The procedure itself was done in no time. I was very comfortable and had the best nap ever! I was up in no time, ate my favorite meal soon after and rested comfortably for the rest of the day. Preparing for the test was the only tough part but the better you follow the instructions, the better screening the doctor will be able to do. Just go in with that mind set and try your best. You can do it! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Duraiswamy and her team for your screening."

If he didn't step in and make sure nose drain working I could have died! HE came see me each morning and each night. So KIND and caring. "I would never write a review in the way this has been written. The nurses and receptionist are a little hard to deal with. I had to get their attention to wait on me. The office does not open until 8:30. If I try to call them, only the automated service answers and not a real person. How is it that when I call, that NOBODY is available to talk to? This does not make any sense at all. How is it possible that when I call right at 8:30 I can’t talk to anyone? I hate automated calls and being placed on hold. I think that they should be ready to answer phone calls at 8:30. When I went upstairs for my appointment, nobody was answering any phone calls and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Two people came in after I did and they were taken back before I did. Were they late for their appointment? The nurse and the receptionist still had not taken a phone call and I still had to get their attention. I feel that the nurse and the receptionist were not being truthful about being busy with phone calls. The person responsible for scheduling me another endoscopy told me that the endoscopy would be on a specific date and time. When I got home and looked at the paperwork? The date and time had changed and the person did not mention the change to me. That is not right for her to not let me know. My appointment with the PS went wonderful."

When i visited Dr.Sai i explained him my symptoms he listened to my symptoms very paitently and suspected that it was a gallbladder issue and did HIDA scan to confirm it and after gallbladder removal now i am feeling better and was able to eat food that i like.
