About David Magee, M.D.
After completing fellowships in gastroenterology and advanced therapeutic endoscopy at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1995, Dr. Magee served on the faculty at Southwestern Medical Center and was the Assistant Director of the Parkland Gastroenterology Lab. In 2002, he began in private practice. Dr. Magee has extensive training in endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP. In 2011, he was recognized by US News and World Report’s America’s Top Gastroenterologist as well as Castle Connolly’s Top Doctor.

Dr. Magee recently performed a diagnostic procedure on my family member. The procedure was uncomplicated and went smoothly. More importantly, were the communication skills that this physician demonstrated. He is professional, compassionate, and extremely skilled in what he does on a daily basis. He is a gifted Gastroenterologist and I would recommend his services to anyone.

This is the 4th time that I am going through colonoscopy procedure with Dr. Magee in the last 5 years. I highly recommend him cause he is available to answer all your questions before and after colonoscopy and endoscopy. With his knowledge and experience for many years you will be in good hands.
