About Stuart Akerman, M.D.
Dr. Akerman is fellowship-trained in many advanced endoscopic procedures, including ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound, fine needle aspiration, and cholangioscopy. He practiced in Bayshore, NY, for several years before relocating to the North Texas area. It is very important to him to be able to work with other physicians in the practice who are also advanced endoscopists. This allows Dr. Akerman to provide these complex procedures in a timely manner to serve his patients better.

Very good endoscopy ultrasound for pancreas and dr Akerman explained everything and gave a plan for this.
Dr. Akerman is a very sincere doctor. He was able to work me in his very busy schedule to check out my pancreas. I love that you can joke around with him as well. Most doctors can’t joke around.
