Dr. Paradiso is a gastroenterologist with a passion for quality patient care with a focus on the mind, body and spirit approach to healing. He is currently practicing in Rockwall, Texas and has extensive training and experience in all aspects of gastrointestinal and liver diseases. His specific areas of interest include advanced endoscopic therapies such as endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), inflammatory bowel disease, biliary endoscopy, irritable bowel syndrome, liver diseases, and nutritional approaches to health. Outside of his clinical service, Dr. Paradiso enjoys spending time with his family and is involved in community building through his Faith.

I had a routine colonoscopy done and this was an excellent experience from start to finish! Everyone was professional and friendly from the office workers setting this up… to the check in nurses and staff… to the nurses the day I had the procedure… to the anesthesiologist doctor… to Dr Paul… everyone was great! I highly recommend this group!

Had an outpatient procedure done at Texas Health Surgery Center, Rockwall. The facility is pretty new, clean, and feels very welcoming. The staff are nice & friendly. I only met Dr. P. Paradiso very briefly and we exchanged some pleasantries. He’s nice & professional.
After the procedure, a staff woke me up in the recovery area and I was promptly discharged with a packet of the procedure result to take home.
My only suggestion is that once a patient comes out of anesthesia, it would be nice that the attending physician comes by the recovering room to say a few words, regardless if the result is good news, before discharged.

Dr Paradiso has been my D.O. for many years, He is very professional and I like his sense of humor. I like him because he talks to you before and after the procedure and explain was is going with a caring attitude. LF
Things went like clock work. He was very clear in instructions in the OR. Seemed very personable. Had not met him prior in office since he had taken my previous doctor's practice over. Office communication in prior weeks to proceedure was always there, clear and helpful. All went well. They put me out, did not feel a thing and that's always a good thing. Always get fully put out for colonoscopy, DO NOT agree to twilight anesthesia. My first colonoscopy in 2001, I did, didnt no better. You will feel every turn of the scope with twilight, trust me, not a good experience. This one was with Dr Paradiso.

Upon my first visit with Dr. Paul Paradiso was amazing from the moment I walked into his office. The office staff was helpful, genuine polite upon check-in and then I was taken back to the exam room where Assistant Desiree (spell) Is absolutely amazing. She was very thorough. She knew that I was very very nervous for reasons that I was sent by my Doctor, Dr. Oren Zebadia for further testing and she was just amazing. Upon initial questioning, Dr Paul Paradiso entered the office and for the moment he entered the office and just began talking to me not as a patient but just as a person I became so At ease less stressed because of his genuine bedside manner and handling what he already saw in the charts and he knew that I was facing some issues and I will tell you this doctor is absolutely amazing in terms of digestive health, both for adults, and he has a pediatric practice as well. I would not recommend anybody, but Dr Paul Paradiso and Rockwall Texas.
