Every aspect of this medical procedure was outstanding. The team was exceptional starting with the receptionist who reassured me that I had enough time to get from Methodist center to Plano for the procedure.
The nurse, Angela, heard me when I told her it is hard to get a needle into my veins- they are little and roll. After spending time looking for the right vein, she didn't try to puncture me. Instead Angela called Amina. Amina was able to do it after taking substantial time to find the right vein.
This is in stark contrast to a blood draw in January for my annual exam. At an unrelated lab, to get my blood, it took three different technicians and 4 punctures with their needles. One tech said she “blew the vein" and left me with a hematoma. This is the usual experience I have.
At Digestive Health, however, Amina did the successful insertion of the needle without hurting me to hook up the IV bag. then she cautioned the anesthesiologist Lana, about my veins. All of them listened, did not hurt me and the procedure was successful.
I was comfortable with and trusted the physician, Dr. Verna Kumaravel and will seek medical care from her in the future.
I am very grateful for the care these medical professionals took, and their great communication skills.

This was my first colonoscopy. I probably waited too long since I am 66, was a little apprehensive but everything went smoothly. Dr. Paradiso and his team were excellent. No problems.
Dr. Candice Jantz has been an amazing provider! I feel very confident under her care. She is informative and listens effectively to my questions and concerns. Nina and Conn are also very helpful and engaging.
Doctor Nackley is fantastic. He had already checked up on my previous issues from being in the hospitals frequently and gave me wonderful information to improve my problems. He is so friendly and easy to talk to. I am so thankful I found him!
Dr. Maddala is so wonderful. She is kind and very attentive. She goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best care. I searched for another GI Dr. after my previous GI Dr. didn’t really help me and I’m so happy the Lord led me to her. I suffer from terrible GI issues, bloating, gas, etc. I’m just grateful Dr. Maddala saw my concerns and desperation and took the necessary steps to help me. I recommend her highly. 🙏😊♥️

The procedure itself was exemplary. My only critique would be that their office should use a text to the patient to inform them of important information being delivered for review. Since I’m retired, I don’t check my email every day and if I don’t, the email gets pushed down to where I don’t know it’s there. If I don’t know it’s coming, I don’t know to look for it. Also, it would be nice if every once in a while, Dr Blank’s assistant would be present to pick up the phone—- in the name of good customer service. It’s frustrating to ALWAYS have to leave a message.

I highly recommended Dr Bula Chadra! His wisdom, personality and great care for me has brought nothing but encouragement to my life. Often times doctors are busy due to their schedules, but he always takes time for me. His staff is also caring and intentional with everyone that comes in!

I had my colonocopy procedure done by Dr. Sai. I couldn't have had a more perfect dr. or process. The office staff setting up the appointments were courteous, kind and professional. The morning of the procedure Dr Sai came to meet me in pre-op and explain everything that would happen and assured me I would be taken care of. Soon after the procedure he came to give me the results and explain the findings. Everything was smooth and stress free. Dr. Sai is compassionate, warm, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend him and his office.

Dr. Chandra is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and safe. I wish the bill and pricing was more freely given versus provided after services such as removal of polyps this is an emergency surgery charge which was $2k.

OMG! How in the world could this facility/organization be any better? I don’t know- and I’m a nurse! Organized. Clean. Orderly. Attentive. Accurate. Fabulous staff. Terrific Dr. Kind. Gentle. Timely. I even noticed there was a “time out” before my procedure. Many may not know this is an industry standard of safety. I also know that is not consistently done everywhere. So…Bravo! Job well done.

I recently had my first appointment at Digestive Health Center of Plano - Dr. Jantz. I saw NP Stephani Elliot. She’s wonderful - caring, kind, SO knowledgeable and EXTREMELY THOROUGH! I know she read through all the information on the forms that I had filled in prior to my appt. She answered all my questions. She provided me with multiple options to try for my problems. I didn’t feel rushed, even though I know I probably took more time than was allotted. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her!!! :-)
Dr. Russo is one of my favorite doctor's on my daughter's team! We have several layers of Healthcare needs, and Dr. Russo has been so caring, supportive and above & beyond helpful. His assistant Rachel is also amazing! I feel so blessed to have found them!
Great staff and a GREAT DOCTOR.
I feel like I wasted the PA's time. I suppose it's my mind playing tricks about my stomach?? I have a little discomfort that feels like gas. I'm not in pain. She offered an ultrasound but then said She didn't think I needed it. I'm retired and I feel the crunch of no regular salary so I didn't get the ultrasound. She told me to drink more water and exercise. I am doing more water for sure. I enjoy walking to get out of the House. I will use my weights and try to feel better

Couldn't ask for a better doctor. You can tell that he actually cares for his patients. He's up front with what lifestyle choices are needed to help address the GI dysfunction as well as what medical interventions are necessary. You never feel like a number or if your being cattle prodded thru the process. He generally makes time to answer any, all my wives questions. Only wish we'd found him sooner.
Dr. Joseph is a fantastic caregiver. His office staff have gone out of their way to fit me into the schedule if my situation required a fast diagnosis. Dr. Joseph has excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or frustrated with their response and will continue to go.

Dr. Joseph is one of a very few amount of Physicians, that truly cares, listens, thoroughly explains & always spends much time in making sure you leave with helpful information & advice! He goes above & beyond, what I have usually experienced & for that, I'll continue to admire his care! The office staff are very professional as well!
Like many people I’m sure, I heard horror stories of having the dreaded, embarrassing, and vulnerable procedure done. A friend of mine, who told me about Dr. Sarles, encouraged me to have it done. He said the peace of mind was certainly worth it, and Dr Sarles, and his team, made the process very easy. The hardest part was just making the call to schedule the appointment. From the prep to the procedure and recovery it was a breeze. I definitely recommend Dr. Sarles!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Brent Keith for his invaluable assistance in identifying my baby's milk protein allergy. From our very first appointment, he was exceptionally kind and patient, guiding us through various milk options that would help improve my baby's eating and overall well-being. I truly appreciate his thoughtful gesture of providing us with a box of milk while we awaited our shipment. I will certainly recommend Dr. Brent and his team to others. While I hope we won’t need to return since my baby is now thriving on regular milk, I would absolutely trust my child in his care should we need to see a GI specialist in the future.
