Dr. Alloju has almost 17 years experience as a board-certified Gastroenterologist. At Digestive Health Associates of Texas, he offers comprehensive care of digestive disorders that include colon cancer screening, the management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), GERD, and pancreaticobiliary disease. Procedures that he performs include colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). He also specializes in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).

The doctor has great active listening skills and heard my concerns. I have had a colonoscopy with Dr. Annoji before many years ago and it was the same thing. He was helpful in letting know what needed to be done. I will be having a colonoscopy and endoscopy this month. I know that colon cancer runs on my fathers side of the family and how important it is to be checked out. I know doctors visits aren’t always fun but they are necessary. Our insides determine how we feel and what we eat effects them. I am gluten free and eat minimal dairy. This helps to avoid excessive fatigue and other issues that arise from the intolerance. I will recommend Dr Annoji to anyone with colon issues or just allergy issues. Allergies to foods have something to do with the colon ultimately.

UPDATE: Colonoscopy went great. Dr. Alloju was already waiting for me after initial intake by nurses. He explained to me results after procedure. Dr. Alloju is professional and shows empathy during the consultation, in addition to the years of experience he has. He made me feel I'm in good hands. Christina was kind and patient all the time. Front desk lady (I forgot to ask her name) was nice and helpful by providing information regarding insurance coverage for procedures. I recommend this place. I always leave a sincere review based on how I'm treated.
