About Kenneth Brown, M.D.
Dr. Brown has conducted clinical research with pharmaceutical companies involving IBS drugs, which shaped his interest in helping patients with these issues. As he worked to find solutions to IBS-related symptoms, he realized that drug companies were not performing efficiently. As a result, in 2012, Dr. Brown founded KBS Research, which focuses on natural remedies for digestive issues. The first product produced, Atrantil (Ah-Tran-Teal), was created to aid with bloating and abdominal discomfort due to bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine (SIBO). Atrantil contains polyphenols and flavonoids, which help in maintaining everyday digestive health. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Brown's interests are family-oriented, and he has an extreme passion for tennis.

My husband had a colonoscopy today with Dr. Brown. We were super pleased with the care he was given. Definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Dr. Brown, especially if you suffer from SIBO / IMO. While many traditional doctors may lump you into a "trash can" diagnosis of IBS or worse yet, even gaslight you about your symptoms, Dr. Brown not only knows about these conditions but he has treated numerous patients with this diagnosis, consults regularly with other nationally-recognized experts on the matter, has participated in trials and even created his own herbal supplement to combat the issue. While his visits may seem short, I was surprised at how well he had examined and analyzed my test results and the feedback he provided. With regard to colonoscopy / endoscopy appts, he and his staff are quite personable and were ahead of schedule. To be honest, I do not care for most physicians but the dedication and openness to listening and learning from patients makes Dr. Brown quite different from most.
I originally went to Dr. Kenneth Brown in 2018 and had outstanding service and wonderful results. When it was time for another Colonoscopy, I chose to go to Dr Brown again based on his Outstanding recommendation in D Magazine as being one of the very best in his field. and I have always appreciated his award-winning videos which explain the Colonoscopy process. Dr. Brown is fair, friendly, very encouraging to communicate with, committed to Diversity and the staff is simply the best. I was really honored when Dr Brown even walked me to my car and met my driver for that day. Thank you, Dr, Kenneth Brown, you are a true blessing to your clients in every way. I will see you again in a few years and will encourage anyone to see this brilliant professional.
