People are very professional, prompt, and courteous. The portal can be challenging, especially trying to get through the 2-step security second code process. It didn't always send a 6 digit code. It is missing a section to fill out "implants" in the initial forms, but doesn't allow an update for that section, which shows up on the "completed" information when logging in.

Dr. Masand's PA repeatedly asked if i had any questions or concern which in tail shows me she is empathetic and extremely attentive towards her patients. Effective communication and empathy seems to be something lacking in ppl, keyword ppl in the Healthcare industry.
My doctor and nurses at digestive health are amazing… They made me feel comfortable and took care of me before and after my procedure and we’re sure to follow up with a phone call and a text just to make sure I was doing OK.

I had a wonderful experience at digestive health. The physicians assistant, she was able to help me know what to expect on my upcoming appointment and the nurse took exceptional care and taking all information and in the intake process. They quickly got my prescription out to me and the only thing I’m waiting for is to go in and see the doctor and have my procedure done. I will happily provide further feedback after that appointment. But when it comes to service, I can tell they care about their patients, and that made me very comfortable.
