About Amit Masand, M.D.
Dr. Masand is a lifelong resident of Dallas, TX, which is where he was born and raised. He finished his undergraduate degree at Austin College and went on to medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He also completed a residency and fellowship in a medical center in Dallas. His expertise includes advanced non-invasive endoscopic procedures, such as endoscopy and colonoscopy, and advanced biliary procedures, including ERCP.

Dr. Amit Masand is very caring and kind towards his patients. He is highly experienced and skilled in all GI procedures. He does a thorough examination, diagnosis and prescribes optimal treatment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent GI doctor in DFW area.
Highly recommend Dr. Masand if anyone is in need of a GI. I find these appointments to be stressful but he has always made me comfortable through his caring nature and taking the time to talk through my concerns and options. His staff from the MA, Elizabeth, and the front office ladies, Nancy and Cynthia, are super sweet and help make getting in and out seamless.
