We saw Dr. Sai for my 80-year-old dad who was having pain in his left leg. Turns out it was due to disc issues that were pinching a nerve. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Sai was super kind and patient—especially considering my dad has some hearing trouble. He didn’t rush at all, listened carefully to everything we said, and explained the condition and treatment in a way my dad could understand. That really meant a lot.
The staff were so friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out.
Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sai to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Paul Paradiso was extremely professional, has a great bedside manner and wonderful sense of humor. He was thorough in both exam and my procedure.
The whole staff is very kind, caring and professional! Dr. Youssef listened to all of my concerns and I never felt like he was rushing to get on to the next patient. When I called with questions, I was able to talk to a medical professional and received all the answers I needed. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Sai is very helpful and very comfortable to talk with. He gave me ample amount of time to listen to my health issues and planned my treatment. He went out of his way to be available for me during my urgent need. His front desk clerk including his medical assistant cared about my issue and were very supportive.

My husband saw Dr. Alloju for the first time and was very pleased. He said the Doctor and his staff were very nice and professional.
Every aspect of this medical procedure was outstanding. The team was exceptional starting with the receptionist who reassured me that I had enough time to get from Methodist center to Plano for the procedure.
The nurse, Angela, heard me when I told her it is hard to get a needle into my veins- they are little and roll. After spending time looking for the right vein, she didn't try to puncture me. Instead Angela called Amina. Amina was able to do it after taking substantial time to find the right vein.
This is in stark contrast to a blood draw in January for my annual exam. At an unrelated lab, to get my blood, it took three different technicians and 4 punctures with their needles. One tech said she “blew the vein" and left me with a hematoma. This is the usual experience I have.
At Digestive Health, however, Amina did the successful insertion of the needle without hurting me to hook up the IV bag. then she cautioned the anesthesiologist Lana, about my veins. All of them listened, did not hurt me and the procedure was successful.
I was comfortable with and trusted the physician, Dr. Verna Kumaravel and will seek medical care from her in the future.
I am very grateful for the care these medical professionals took, and their great communication skills.

Dr. Odstrcil is the best GI Doctor who gives her patients extra time/care when needed. She is very thorough and patient.
