"Dr.Bass took excellent care of me in the hospital."
"Wonderful experience with Dr. Brown and his staff. However, the facility he used for the procedure did not meet my expectations. Once I was being released and after I spoke to Dr. Brown about the procedure, the nurse left me standing there, while my daughter went for the car, to pick me up. She did not come back. After a while, I peeked out the door and saw my daughter waiting for me. I walked out to the car. All of a sudden, a different nurse came out to make sure I was ok and getting into the correct car. I think the nursing staff should be aware of their released patients and make sure they get to their vehicle ok. I was very disappointed in this part."
